Overview

The classes are best suitable for someone who has been practicing yoga for 6-8 months consistently and someone who wants to uplevel their yoga practice by exploring different yoga flows every day.

 

The content of our Intermediate recorded Sessions is a mix of Ashtanga, Hatha, and Restorative flows.

The classes are comprised of different flows of the Ashtanga series, Heart openers, hip openers, sun salutation flow, headstand workshop, and many more❤️

Along with asana practice,  you will be getting 2 Mindfulness Sessions where we are practicing Meditation, Journaling, and Pranayama.

These will help you keep sane throughout the day and also slow down whenever needed.
